Why offline matters here
In Tampa, hurricanes and power outages can disrupt everyday connections. Survival AI starts with that reality: prepare resources ahead of time and make them accessible when connectivity is limited.
Offline does not mean a phone can operate without power. Downloading resources, checking device compatibility, and planning for battery use remain part of preparation.
